Important Security Notice

NewHotel will never ask for your password via chat or email. Accounts found operating multiple accounts simultaneously will be permanently suspended. Always verify bank account details through official Customer Service before making any deposit.

💳 Deposit Procedures

To make a deposit to your NewHotel account:

  1. Log in to your member account and go to Wallet → Deposit
  2. Contact Customer Service to receive the current bank account details
  3. Transfer the amount via your bank's online transfer system
  4. Upload your transfer receipt/screenshot in the deposit form
  5. Submit and wait for confirmation (usually within 15–30 minutes)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Always obtain the latest bank account details from Customer Service before every deposit. Bank details may change without prior notice for security reasons.

The minimum deposit depends on your desired membership tier:

  • VIP 1 (Standard Room): $10 minimum
  • VIP 2 (Superior Room): $500 minimum
  • VIP 3 (Deluxe Room): $2,000 minimum
  • VIP 4 (Suite Room): $5,000 minimum
  • VIP 5 (Executive Room): $10,000 minimum

You may upgrade your tier at any time by depositing additional funds to meet the new tier's minimum.

Deposits are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes after we receive your transfer confirmation and receipt. During peak hours or weekends, processing may take up to 2 hours.

ℹ️ If your deposit has not been credited after 2 hours, please contact Customer Service with your transfer receipt for assistance.
🏨 Hotel Booking Instructions

Each day, NewHotel assigns you a set of hotel booking tasks based on your VIP tier. Here's how it works:

  1. Log in to your member dashboard each day
  2. Click "Start Today's Tasks" to receive your assigned hotel bookings
  3. Review each hotel listing and click "Submit Booking" to complete the task
  4. Commission is automatically credited to your account balance after each completed booking
  5. Complete all tasks for the day to maximize your daily earnings
ℹ️ The system automatically stops assigning new tasks once you've reached your daily booking limit for your VIP tier.
  • VIP 1: 9 bookings per day (1% commission each)
  • VIP 2: 18 bookings per day (3% commission each)
  • VIP 3: 27 bookings per day (7% commission each)
  • VIP 4: 36 bookings per day (10% commission each)
  • VIP 5: 45 bookings per day (15% commission each)

Unused daily bookings do not carry over to the next day. Complete all tasks each day to maximize earnings.

Daily booking tasks reset at 00:00 UTC (midnight) every day. You have the full 24 hours to complete your assigned tasks. We recommend completing tasks before midnight to ensure they are counted for that day's earnings.

You may skip individual tasks, but skipped tasks will not earn commission and cannot be recovered. If you receive a "lucky order" (a randomly assigned high-commission task), you must complete it before continuing with your remaining regular tasks for the day.

💸 Withdrawal Processes

To withdraw your earnings:

  1. Log in and go to Wallet → Withdraw
  2. Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum $10)
  3. Confirm your linked bank account details are correct
  4. Enter your security password to authorize the withdrawal
  5. Submit the request and wait for processing

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.

⚠️ Ensure your bank account details are correctly linked in your profile before submitting a withdrawal request. Incorrect details may result in delayed or failed transfers.

The number of daily withdrawals depends on your VIP tier:

  • VIP 1: 1 withdrawal per day
  • VIP 2: 2 withdrawals per day
  • VIP 3: 3 withdrawals per day
  • VIP 4: 4 withdrawals per day
  • VIP 5: 5 withdrawals per day

Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. There is no maximum withdrawal limit — you can withdraw your full available balance in one request (subject to your daily withdrawal count limit per tier).

🤝 Referral & Agent Program

When you invite someone to join NewHotel using your referral code, they become part of your downline team. You earn a percentage of their daily booking commissions automatically:

  • Level 1 (Direct referrals): Up to 2.0% of their earnings
  • Level 2 (Their referrals): Up to 0.6% of their earnings
  • Level 3 (Extended network): Up to 0.2% of their earnings
ℹ️ Building a downline team does NOT affect your own booking commission rate in any way. Both are earned separately.

Your personal referral code is found in two places:

  • Member Dashboard: Displayed on the main dashboard home screen
  • Profile Page: Under the "Referral Information" section

You can share your code directly, or share the full registration link which automatically pre-fills your referral code for new sign-ups.

👤 Account Management

No. Each person is permitted only one NewHotel account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all associated accounts
  • Forfeiture of all account balances
  • Permanent ban from the platform
⚠️ Our system automatically detects duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity verification.

To change your security password (used for withdrawals):

  1. Go to Profile → Security Settings
  2. Enter your current security password
  3. Enter and confirm your new security password
  4. Click "Update Security Password"
ℹ️ If you've forgotten your security password, please contact Customer Service for identity verification and reset assistance.

To link a bank account:

  1. Go to Profile → Bank Account
  2. Enter your bank name, account number, and account holder name
  3. Enter your security password to confirm
  4. Save the information

Once linked, your bank details are used for all future withdrawal requests. To change bank details, contact Customer Service.
